Die inhaftierten Protestierenden im Iran sind in Lebensgefahr!
Those arrested during the recent protests are in mortal danger! Over the past 38 years, the criminals of the Islamic Republic have repeatedly shown that they want to suppress protests by killing political prisoners and trying to intimidate the masses. The prisoners are the first victims of the madness of the Iranian judiciary. Over 3000 people were arrested during the protests in recent days. Five young people, including Sina Ghanbari (22 years old) have already been killed in prison. The Justice Department reported suicide. Further details were not disclosed.
All evidence suggests that the governing coalition has placed the suppression of young people and the masses on its agenda. The starting point for this was Khamenei’s repugnant speech on Tuesday 12 December. By denying the heroic uprising of the people and claiming they were entirely connected to Iran’s “enemies,” Khamenei de facto ordered the repression and execution of those arrested by the judiciary and other organs of the ruling Iranian council.
This is not the first time political prisoners have been killed. Therefore, we must try to prevent another massacre in prison like those that happened in the 80s. We should join the families of political prisoners who gather daily in front of the prisons in order to force the immediate and unconditional release of the prisoners through further protests.
Organization Fadaian (aghaliyat) is warning all that the execution of political prisoners is imminent. The regime is directly responsible for the health and life of all detainees.
We strongly condemn the arrests, repressions and massacres. We demand the immediate and unconditional release of all political prisoners and detained worker activists.
Down with the Islamic Government – Long live the Council Government!
Long live freedom! Long live socialism!
Down with capitalism!
